Usage Method:

1. Thoroughly clean the underbody using a high-pressure washer to remove dirt, grease, and loose rust particles.
2. Protect sensitive components (exhaust system, brake lines, sensors) with heat-resistant masking tape and plastic sheeting.
3. Shake the can vigorously for 2 minutes or use mechanical stirring for bulk containers to ensure homogeneous consistency.
4. Hold the spray gun 20-30cm from surface and apply in crosshatch pattern (45° overlapping passes) at 3-4 bar pressure.
5. Allow 15 minutes flash-off between coats. Full cure achieved after 24 hours at 25°C (extend to 48 hours below 15°C).

Precautions:

• Strictly avoid application during precipitation or when relative humidity exceeds 80%.
• Surface temperature must be between 5-50°C (measured by IR thermometer).
• Mandatory PPE: Chemical-resistant gloves (Nitrile), full-face respirator (OV/P100), and protective coveralls.
• Ground all containers during transfer to prevent static discharge.
